So, a few month’s ago I wrote my first blog about the Supper Club that Tom and his friend and fellow amazing chef, Simon were planning to put on in Nottingham. Little did anyone know at that point, just how popular it was going to be!
Fast forward three months and there have been five sold-out nights, that have seen over 150 people get to try out Kushi-ya’s Japanese inspired set menu at the regular event at Antenna and a pop-up in Covino, Chester.
They’ve welcomed a wide range of guests, including friends from the restaurant industry both in Notts and beyond, owners from some of the city’s most loved independent businesses and of course all the foodies of Notts that were lucky enough (and quick enough) to get a ticket!
The feedback has been amazing, which is a testament to the hard work they’ve both put in and all the lovely people that have helped make the night such a success both front of house and behind the scenes.
Bookings for early 2018 go live at 6pm tonight (Saturday 16th December), so for those of you that haven’t been yet, here’s a taste (sorry, not sorry) of what you’re missing out on!
